Introducing the New Forest 1200 Electric Fire, it was British Fires inaugural design that has paved the way for a range of innovative products and enhancements. With breathtaking flame effects and a variety of log and glass configurations, it effortlessly sets a warm and inviting atmosphere in any space.

The New Forest 1200 is available in three editions, with standard or anti-reflective glass and new front-facing finishing trim.

British Fires New Forest 1200

• Convincing ceramic logs that capture details found in natural logs charred by a fire. 
• Three fuel bed setup options; Forest view, Slate view or Diamond light.
• Included are the signature logs, bark, husk, slate and crystals. To set up your fuel bed of choice.

• Responsibly sourced real wood logs scorched and charred by hand, arranged on a bed of twigs and bark. 
• Set into place for an easy installation. 
• Mirrored rear glass enhances the 3D effect.

• Features a rear dark glass backdrop which helps to minimse in-room reflections. 
• Deluxe Real Logs included. 
• Crisp, defined flame visuals on the dark glass.

• Anti-Reflective Glass is an option across most of the range.
• The front/side glass comes with a special coating to be less reflective and unnoticable.
• The AR glass sits in front of the log fuel bed creating an immersive feeling, almost as if the front glass isn't there.

Air Curtain Technology

The fan draws cool air from the room in and down the sides of the fireplace. It then distributes heat back into the room through the unique heater outlets at the top of the fire. Patented engineering designed to distribute heat effectively through a space, with its 1.5kw heater. Choose a temperature on the remote between 17°C and 27°C, the thermostatic heater will then heat up the room until it reaches the desired temperature.

Cornered Installation

Two sided installation for use on a corner. It can be done with either the left or right side of the fire to be covered with the included blanking plates.

Three Sided Installation

Three sided installation offers both the right and left hand sides open within a constructed chimney or false wall.

Front Facing

Fully recessed creates a more prominent face-on view. Both sides can be covered by fully recessing the fire into a media wall or chimney breast.
